Jamican Dancehall sensation Sean Paul ends his 5 years hiatus with the release of So Fine, the first single from his forthcoming album Imperial Blaze.
To be honest, Sean Paul did not leave us completely, features with Pretty Ricky, Da’ville and Eve kept him prominent, however, the fans wanted more. ‘So Fine’ puts the Dutty Rock artist back into the spotlight, it is a new sound for Sean Paul, yet possesses the essences that he sounds best on, a party track, So Fine fits the summer well, a clever release no doubt. So Fine is similar to his previous releases, slightly faster in tempo and sounding more ‘electric’, Produced by Stephen “Di Genius” McGregor, the track is crafted with layers of claps and heavy kicks, the beat varies whilst the strong synth commands as SP flows how we like with the catchy rhymes, “Just Let Me Be There For You Anytime…You’re So Fine, For You I’d Join The Longest Line…You’re So Fine”. Sean Paul is not making a comeback, more so returning from where he left off in a bid to maintain his status to then proceed further.
I like this song, it will blazing over the summer, sounding good at the BBQ, through your headphones or on the radio, definitely a good return from Sean Paul.
